CBS is gearing up for a robust fall season, announcing the official return dates for its beloved daytime programming. From classic soap operas to high-stakes game shows, the network’s schedule is set to provide viewers with a diverse array of entertainment starting this September.
Game Show Excitement
A major highlight of the season is the return of The Price Is Right. Drew Carey celebrates his 20th anniversary as host beginning September 21. This season introduces a new element dubbed “Wild Wheel Wednesday.”
“During the Showcase Showdown, contestants will have the chance to win not only over $100,000, but also a special prize chosen by Drew, making every spin of the Big Wheel even more thrilling,” according to the network’s official announcement.
Beyond the standard gameplay, the season will feature a variety of themed episodes, including celebrations for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Week, Veteran’s Day, Earth Day, Pride, and St. Patrick’s Day.
Additionally, Wayne Brady returns to host Let’s Make a Deal, which is set to debut an exciting new segment called “Cash Course.”
