The Future of The Oppenheim Group

Following the dramatic conclusion of season 9 in October 2025, the landscape of Netflix’s hit reality series Selling Sunset has undergone significant shifts. With deep rifts forming between former best friends and internal conflicts reaching a boiling point, fans have been eagerly awaiting news on who will remain part of the agency for the upcoming tenth season.

Confirmed Returns for Season 10

While the cast roster is seeing major changes, several familiar faces are set to continue their journey with the show:

  • Jason and Brett Oppenheim: As the founders of the brokerage, both brothers remain central to the series and are confirmed to return.
  • Heather Rae El Moussa: After stepping away during season 7 in 2023, Heather is officially making a comeback to the show she helped build.
  • Amanza Smith: Despite focusing more on her interior design career recently, Amanza will continue to appear in the new season.
  • Christine Quinn: In a surprise twist, after a four-year hiatus following her exit after season 5, Christine is set to make a dramatic return to the series.

Departures and Exits

Not everyone will be returning to the office desks at the Oppenheim Group. The following stars have officially parted ways with the show:

  • Chrishell Stause: Citing the toll on her mental health and a desire to move on from the show's intense environment, Chrishell confirmed she will not be returning.
  • Mary Bonnet: Despite expressing interest in continuing earlier in the process, it was confirmed in May 2026 that she would not be part of the new cast.
  • Emma Hernan: After vocalizing her need for a more peaceful lifestyle away from reality television drama, Emma’s departure was finalized in May 2026.
  • Chelsea Lazkani: Following a season marked by distance from the rest of the group, it has been confirmed she will not return.
  • Nicole Young: Despite her claims that her previous firing was merely a scripted storyline, sources have confirmed she will not be appearing in season 10.
  • Alanna Gold and Sandra Vergara: Both agents, who joined the show in season 9, have also confirmed they will not be back for the upcoming season.

“I’ve gotten to a place where I don’t need the show financially. I’m lucky to have other forms of employment, because it’s no longer good for my mental health,” Chrishell Stause shared regarding her decision to step away.
