Ngatikaura revealed she underwent multiple procedures, including upper and lower blepharoplasty and facial fat grafting. While promoting the show's new season, she admitted to receiving 'rightful' negative comments about her changed appearance and said she was extremely unhappy with the results.
In an emotional TikTok video, she explained she did not fully understand the procedures or their potential outcomes. She specifically cited unwanted fat grafting in her lips, which she says made them lumpy, and noted that attempts to correct it with other treatments left her face looking swollen.
The influencer stated she now feels insecure and hates her new look, vowing not to make further changes beyond Botox. Her co-star Miranda McWhorter offered public support, praising Ngatikaura's honesty and calling her beautiful.
