The female caller was heard repeating "just go" and was attempting to get her husband to leave the residence. Police arrived on scene but did not file a full report as the incident remained a verbal dispute. The documents note it was "likely" the individuals involved were residents, but names were not confirmed.
LaBeouf and Goth, who have had an on-and-off relationship since 2012 and share a daughter, split in 2025. Sources describe their relationship as "complicated," with LaBeouf subsequently relocating to New Orleans.
This incident precedes a separate legal issue for LaBeouf, who faces simple battery charges following an alleged altercation during Mardi Gras celebrations in New Orleans in February 2025.
