Four adult siblings are suing the estate of Michael Jackson for child sex trafficking, claiming the late pop star abused them when they were minors. Edward, Dominic, Marie-Nicole, and Aldo Cascio allege Jackson "groomed and brainwashed" them, using his wealth and celebrity to transport them internationally.

In a complaint filed in late February, the siblings detail alleged abuse beginning when some were as young as seven. They claim Jackson isolated them, provided drugs and alcohol, and sexually assaulted them in multiple locations, including his Neverland Ranch and during his world tours.

Attorney Marty Singer, representing the Jackson estate, called the lawsuit a "transparent forum-shopping tactic" and a "desperate money grab." He stated the Cascio family had defended Jackson for over 25 years and that their new accusations contradict past statements.

The lawsuit follows a recent court appearance by the siblings related to a financial settlement they describe as an attempt to silence victims. In interviews, the siblings have shared graphic details of the alleged abuse and its lasting psychological impact.
