Continued Legal Action for Child Safety
Kyle Mowitz, currently in a relationship with reality star Kim Zolciak, is persisting in his legal efforts to prevent Kroy Biermann from interacting with his children. According to court filings, Mowitz has submitted a reply following his request for an expedited hearing in Georgia, which was initially filed on September 24.
The situation involves a complex web of personal relationships: Mowitz is currently dating Zolciak, while Biermann is involved with Mowitz's estranged wife, Jillian Green.
Allegations Against Biermann
In his latest legal submission, Mowitz reiterated his apprehensions regarding Biermann's presence around his minor children. The document outlines several serious accusations:
“He explicitly states concerns about Mr. Biermann, including his unpredictable behavior and history of harassing and surveilling [Mowitz]. Mr. Biermann’s mental and physical abusive history with both adults and his own children … mental health issues and anger management … Mr. Biermann is a known thief and has even stolen money and valuables from his own family.”
Based on these claims, Mowitz argues that Biermann represents a potential danger to the children. He contends that it is in their best interest for Jillian Green to be barred from allowing Biermann to be in their presence.
Requested Security Safeguards
To ensure the safety of the children, Mowitz has requested that the court mandate specific security measures at Green’s residence. These include:
- The removal of any weapons from the premises.
- The activation of outside security cameras.
The filing alleges that Green frequently hosts Biermann late at night while the children are under her care. Furthermore, Mowitz claims that Green often leaves the children with third parties to spend time with Biermann, asserting that this behavior fails to prioritize the children's well-being and exposes them to unnecessary instability.
Mowitz clarified that his goal is not to personally monitor his ex-wife through the cameras. Instead, he maintains that his intent is purely to ensure that security footage exists should an emergency regarding the children's safety or the protection of marital assets arise.
Context of the Dispute
While Mowitz is firm in his stance that his children should not be near Biermann, he noted that he is not opposed to Green pursuing a romantic relationship with him. However, Mowitz also alleged that Green has been uncooperative regarding communications concerning the safety of their children.
The personal lives of all parties became intertwined following the high-profile divorce of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann in May 2023, after an 11-year marriage. Following the end of his own marriage to Green, Mowitz began seeing Zolciak in October 2025.
