In the clip, Bristowe is seen twirling in a neon yellow top with a distinct crisscross back design, paired with bright pink, high-cut bottoms. She timed her movements to the track “You’re Probably a Piece of S Too” by Fuzzy Butt Bassel. As she danced, the lyrics played: «Before you judge me keep in mind / You’re probably a piece of s too.»
The star captioned the post with a simple «Perhaps?» and overlaid the video with the text: «A gentle reminder.» Her followers responded positively to the post, filling the comments section with laughter and support for her toned physique and candid attitude.

Beyond the playful post, Bristowe also addressed her perspective on personal aesthetics and plastic surgery. The former Bachelorette star has previously shared her journey regarding cosmetic procedures, noting that she prefers to remain transparent about her decisions.
Reflecting on her choice to get breast implants, she explained that it served as a personal milestone for her 40th birthday. She stated:
«It was really no other reason for me than I just wanted to give myself a little 40th birthday present. It’s so crazy because even the bio of my Instagram [account said] ‘the CEO of the itty bitty titty committee.’ I’ve always loved my small boobs. And it’s something when I was about to turn 40, [I thought], ‘You know what? I can still have small boobs and have implants.»
Bristowe emphasized the importance of authenticity, adding, «I’ll [talk about] my plastic surgery. I always want to be open about things. One, that’s who I am, but two, I want to talk through things.»
