New Stars Enter the Ballroom

The competition for the 35th season of Dancing With the Stars is heating up as new celebrity contestants are confirmed. Industry insiders have revealed that actress and dancer Jenna Dewan is officially joining the cast, alongside fan-favorite Bachelor Nation star Tyler Cameron.

For Cameron, this opportunity follows in the footsteps of his close friend and former Bachelor lead, Matt James. James previously participated in season 30 of the show alongside professional partner Lindsay Arnold, where the pair remained in the competition for four weeks before their departure.

A Competitive Season Ahead

The lineup for this season features a diverse array of personalities. Among those expected to showcase their dance skills are Love Island star Maura Higgins, Summer House personality Ciara Miller, professional Savannah Bananas player Jackson Olson, and television personality Guillermo Rodriguez.

Rodriguez, 55, has been paired with professional dancer and reigning champion Witney Carson. Reflecting on their new partnership, Carson expressed her enthusiasm during a recent appearance on Good Morning America:

“I think he is so sweet. He’s so fun. That’s exactly what I need in this season of life that I’m in, just someone who’s fun, personable.”

Updates from the Rehearsal Studio

Carson, who secured a victory in season 34 with Robert Irwin, is returning to the show while expecting her third child. Despite the challenges of balancing her pregnancy with rigorous rehearsals, she has been active in sharing updates with fans. Following the announcement of her partnership with Rodriguez, she posted a lighthearted video on TikTok showcasing their growing chemistry in the studio.
