Details Emerge Regarding Robert Kelker-Kelly's Final Hours

Following the passing of actor Robert Kelker-Kelly at the age of 62, additional details have surfaced regarding his final moments, as outlined in an official police report.

The Events Leading Up to His Passing

According to a St. Peter’s Police incident report, the actor’s wife, Allison Kelly, collected him from Spirit Airport in Missouri on the evening of October 3 at approximately 7:30 p.m. As they were traveling home, the former Days of Our Lives and General Hospital star began experiencing concerning physical symptoms.

The report notes:

«While driving home, Robert complained of pain in his left arm, pain in his chest and asked her to stop the vehicle so he could throw up. Allison related she asked Robert if he needed to go to a hospital, however, he declined and asked her to bring him home so he could lay down.»

Emergency Response

Upon reaching their residence, Allison reported that her husband changed his attire and attempted to rest in bed. Emergency services, including the St. Charles County Ambulance District, were dispatched to the home and performed life-saving procedures. Despite these efforts, Robert was pronounced dead at 9:09 p.m. that same evening.

Allison indicated to authorities that her husband had no known history of medical issues and was not taking any prescription medications. While an official cause of death has not been disclosed, law enforcement has considered the case closed.

Remembering a Career in Daytime Television

Robert Kelker-Kelly gained significant recognition in 1992 when he stepped into the role of Bo Brady on Days of Our Lives, succeeding actor Peter Reckell. Following his departure from the series in 1995, he continued his acting career by portraying Stavros Cassadine on General Hospital.

Former co-star Sandra Dee Robinson shared her condolences regarding his passing via social media, reflecting on their time working together on Another World. She remarked:

«Certainly a shock to hear of my former costar Robert Kelker-Kelly’s passing. My first years in TV on Another World were a whirlwind, and Robert and I had no idea how popular our storyline would be… or what that meant. We learned together! It was not always an easy time working together on that show, but years later we would laugh on calls about life. I know he enjoyed being a pilot… grateful to have had the opportunity to know him. It is sad news to see he’s passed.»
